When it comes to running success, I don’t know how to get there.
I have run long distances and have pushed through training programs, but I have only done short (5 and 10 kilometre) races.
I keep training for the marathon that never is, never materializes. But I don’t know Jack about how to do it right.
I used to follow Adidas miCoach app programs which I quite liked. But they’ve stopped supporting their app and now I follow Nike’s Run Club program. It seems solid, but with so much out there on training and running it all gets cloudy and confusing and overwhelming.
I run. As often as I can I run. That’s really the basis of my plan.
Maybe that’s why the marathon doesn’t seem to ever happen.
I don’t know.
