I refuse to allow an injury to tear down the foundation I have worked to create in my running progress.

So instead of laying down and walking away, I am doubling down my efforts to stretch, eat better, stay hydrated, and to continue to run (though slower and easier and not as far).

I’ll stay strong and no little calf muscle or annoying shin splint situation will be able to huff and puff and blow it down.
