I was going to title this post “Churning out the runs”. But that sounded too scatological (aka shitty).
After eight days of the un-run, it has been nice to get back on schedule and hammer out time on the pavement.
I like thinking of my training plan as a product I’m building on an assembly line. Each run puts a new part in place. Every 10k another link in the chain.
At the end of the production line will hopefully be a completed puzzle. One where the pieces are all in place, no missing corners, and where my running simply fits.
