So yesterday was the Trail Cross race/event. And since I ran a race yesterday, I figured I would reward myself with a day off.
I just didn’t run this morning at 5 like usual. Instead I ran after work. Nothing too strenuous or lengthy, but I did a few hills. And they didn’t feel like hills!
My day off became an off the cuff hill run that felt pretty darn good!
I might feel it tomorrow, but two days in a row I have pushed myself a good amount and am still not too sore. So will tomorrow be the day off? I think it’s bets that should be off.
