I think I might need to slow it down. Put on the brakes. Drop anchor. Unleash the parachute.
My legs are just kind of feeling dead. My 10k this morning made for 50 total this week and for me, that’s a lot. And during that run this morning the only thing I could think about was taking a bit of wind out of my sails and running a bit less.
The problem is…I can’t seem to do it! I have a bit of an addiction to the run.
So, I’ll try to tone it down, but I’m not sure if I can.
Tomorrow, no running.
