Matcha energy

I bought some matcha green tea powder because I love Starbucks’ Green Tea Latte (non-fat and extra hot) and the taste of the antioxidant rich bevvie.

But I think I made my first home brewed cup a wee bit too strong. I was literally buzzing around the house this afternoon and had a fluttery feel all day after my sip of the green elixir.

I’m also fairly certain my cup was only a fraction of the 350 calories in a SB latte.

Yummy and fun caffeine buzz. Is there anything matcha can’t do?
