Eating Fresh (#localfoodclub)

There’s something so fulfilling about eating food locally sourced and produced purchased from faces you learn to know and appreciate.

The Lunenburg Farmer’s Market provides our family with the best fuel to keep our busy and often hyper-scheduled lives going.

Family farm raised pork tenderloin with orchard peach salsa; Cape Breton crab cakes with Annapolis Valley wine and true garden salad; grilled Atlantic halibut; pan fried trout with spicy Asian-style salad and marinade; grass fed beef burgers on Mahone Bay buns and market salad with edible flowers. These are just a few of the meals we’ve had the past week. And all of them are nearly 100% local.
