I’m feeling light today.
I’m right in the thick of my training program (with no race or particular goal in mind) and I am feeling quite good. It is all going as planned and the runs are feeling easier. I’m over the hiccup of a few days ago where I had to call for back-up, and I am right back into solid, productive, momentarily effortless, and down right enjoyable running.
This is an upswing.
Don’t you just live for these moments?
